RMA



Customer must obtains valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from ECOMASTER for all Product returns. RMA will be issued in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Customer must provides all information as required by ECOMASTER for all returns.
2. RMA will be issued for authorized return under one of the following categories: (1) defective product, or (2) shipping discrepancy.
3. RMA is valid for twenty (20) calendar days from the date of issuance.
4. ECOMASTER must physically received merchandise within valid period.
5. Customer is responsible for ensuring RMA Number is clearly visible on the address label of packaging.
6. Customer is responsible for shipping cost returning product to ECOMASTER.
7. ECOMASTER Receiving will refuse delivery without valid, clearly visible RMA number.

  • Fill out New Ticket form and save your Password
  • You will receive Confirmation via email
