Customer must obtains valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from ECOMASTER for all Product returns. RMA will be issued in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
| 1. Customer must provides all information as required by ECOMASTER for all returns. |
| 2. RMA will be issued for authorized return under one of the following categories: (1) defective product, or (2) shipping discrepancy. |
| 3. RMA is valid for twenty (20) calendar days from the date of issuance. |
| 4. ECOMASTER must physically received merchandise within valid period. |
| 5. Customer is responsible for ensuring RMA Number is clearly visible on the address label of packaging. |
| 6. Customer is responsible for shipping cost returning product to ECOMASTER. |
| 7. ECOMASTER Receiving will refuse delivery without valid, clearly visible RMA number. |
